One key initiative is the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT), a multi-year program designed to harmonize PepsiCos core business processes and data, enabled by the latest technology. The role The primary objective of the FLNA Mosaic/PGT team is to understand how the business currently performs financial planning and forecasting, then to design (localize), test and deploy integrated FP&A end-to-end process model(s) for all P&L lines on the Mosaic (IBM TM1) technology platform. Since these processes are of vital interest to leaders in finance and other functions, this role will be responsible for leading the interim work and play a key role in designing the end state as well. This role will work in close partnership with FLNA Finance Stakeholders, Global PGT FP&A Team, PBNA PGT FP&A Team as well as other FLNA PGT Value Streams to ensure end to end integration and harmonized Global and/or North American design. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, capable of influencing senior leaders, thrive in a project environment dealing with process & technology design, and effectively deal with ambiguity while driving the agenda forward. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of interim state and execute strategy to bridge legacy systems to PGT with minimal interruption to the business Complete knowledge capture of current process and create communication plan to share with stakeholders regarding interim state design Leverage understanding of current systems (e.g., IPF) to partner with Mosaic TM1 implementation team to arrive at the optimal solutions that meets the business sector requirements Define and agree on milestones and KPIs for project work stream in line with program goals Along with project leads, communicate with leadership, SMEs and stakeholders on key workstreams and roadmap to accomplish interim state design while bringing others with you Facilitate appropriate input from SMEs and leaders. Clearly map out the as is and the to be state Key Contributor on Sprint/PI Planning for your sub-process areas Over the course of multiple meetings, work with FP&A Mosaic PGT LT lead to gain senior leadership alignment to the redesigned process solution through presentation and leading the discussion. At all phases, partner with IT and Mosaic/PGT team to ensure planned solutions meet business needs Qualifications/Requirements Required Skills: Undergraduate degree required; MBA (preferred) 5+ years of applicable experience in key finance management roles Specific experience in P&L planning and forecasting Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices Known change agent and experience with change management Ability to influence at all levels of the organization including a willingness to challenge stakeholders & status quo to ensure best solution achieved Comfortable with ambiguity and understands how to make tradeoff decisions to achieve both project and business objectives Positive, resilient and motivated to change and simplify processes People management experience and a track record of motivating, inspiring and building teams Detail-oriented and organized Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn Experience supporting large project implementation with cross-functional teams, executing and delivering multi-year, multi-phase projects (preferred) Experience with Agile processes (preferred) SAP experience (preferred) COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
