• Performs financial analyses on cash flows, operating results and/or business plans to determine rates of return, capital/cash flow requirements, and/or other business metrics used for reporting and decision support.
• Prepares budget analyses.
• Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
• Performs analyses to determine present and future financial performance.
• Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
• Works closely with other internal departments, such as Service, Implementation, Sales to identify opportunities to improve client retention and efficiencies.
• construct client proposals, analyze price change impacts.
• Other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent in education and experience.
• 2-5 years as an Associate Financial Analyst with a proven proficiency in performing moderate to complex financial analyses.
• In-depth knowledge of Excel required.

• Decision Making/Judgment - Uses discretion - evaluation.
• Accountability - Errors may cause delay, expense and disruption and affects the accuracy, quality and validity of an analysis.
