Description **Job Description:**



This role will be part of Financial Center Channel Planning and Staffing Strategy team, responsible for designing and executing future state staffing strategies aligned with Consumer and Channel strategy. Main areas of focus will be simplifying operations, designing strategy for Small Financial Centers, and enabling Field Leadership to execute on change. It will focus on identifying efficiency and automation opportunities for channel as well as strategic planning for how we serve our Clients. Strategy design, risk assessment, executive influence, implementation plan and collaboration with cross channel partners (Academy, Life Services, Digital, Distribution, Finance, and HR). Additionally, this role will provide frequent updates to the Channel Divisional and Regional Executives.



The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, problem solving ability and sound analytics skills as well as ability to work with cross functional teams and act as a bridge between partners.



Minimum Qualifications –



+ 5+ years of experience post college degree

+ Experience in designing or executing large scale enterprise strategy

+ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, as well as the ability to remain flexible

+ Advanced Excel, management consulting style deck building



Preferred Qualifications –



+ Familiar with all aspects of strategy design and execution (What’s and How’s) including business case preparation, planning for near term and long term execution, risk assessment, monitoring and control

+ Executive presence, ability to craft a story using facts and data and present to analytical and non-analytical leaders

+ Ability to work in cross functional teams in different time zones

+ Consumer Banking, Retail Financial Services background preferred

+ A pragmatic and flexible attitude towards problem solving, and a consultative working style



**Customer Segment Manager (B4)**



Manages and accountable for a product initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Retail, Preferred & Small Business). Partners with Product(s) and Channel(s) teams to drive strategy and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. Drives segment initiatives / investments/ activities and performance. Drives decisions, including process changes, based on VOC feedback and customer analytics. Could be responsible for managing, training and developing associates.
