The Fleet Services Account Payable Manager will lead the Better Together Fleet expense payables team to ensure timely fleet supplier payments, PepsiCo P&L reflects true expense liabilities and scorecard development and data analysis. This role will work cross functionally with Fleet COE, Finance, Control, and Mexico City Based Service (MBS) teams. Accountabilities: Leadership: Hire and train a ten-member accounts payable team which will serve PBNA Fleet National Accounts; assume leadership of an existing L07 finance analyst Develop and execute an organizational change plan in support of the startup of the Fleet Finance team Lead the development and execution of a certification process for fleet expense payables impacting US and Mexico-based employees Champion People and Capability development for the Fleet Finance team Collaboration: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and/or external partners to drive satisfaction through superior service Serve as an escalation point for MBS or business internal and/ or external partners ensure timely and accurate fleet expense payable invoice processing Partner with cross functional teams to address business opportunities and solutions, solve performance gaps. Understand, develop, and own contingency plans, facilitation, communication, collaboration and execution thereof in support of internal or external escalation Serve as the expert to assist internal and external groups in problem solving (system or escalations areas) SME role for user story sessions with Fleet PGT teams, where applicable Process Optimization: Lead implementation of tactics and processes to reduce cost and improve payment reliability; improve existing MBS Pcard process Identifies trends and recommends corrective action measures when needed Responsible for projects as assigned to drive results Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Prior accounts payable or supply chain finance experience Travel: Tentative: Quarterly execution of payables certifications in Mexico City Normal: 5% travel Key Customers / Engagement: 60% Internal communication with field PepsiCo fleet team and Mexico-City Based Fleet expense payables team (MBS) 40% External communication with PepsiCo Fleet suppliers Key Skills / Experiences: Proven experience in leading complex Supply Chain operations with a record of delivering results Demonstrated capability in Supply Chain functions, technical understanding of fleet maintenance and repair, service and/or logistics Advanced communication skills to positively communicate with all levels of the organization Creative Problem Solving: Ability and passion for creative, out of the box thinking to develop and vet solutions for the business, as well as a willingness to question the status quo and generally accepted beliefs Influencing & Communication Skills: Possess the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbal and written; ability to influence others and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect Entrepreneurial or Business Development Mentality: Beyond basic fleet service, candidate must exhibit experience in driving action against the supply chain to execute key initiatives.
