Window covering, or general design experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent product knowledge allows our customers more options and solutions resulting in higher sales, repeat business and referrals \u003Cbr /\u003E 80% - Respond to customer needs, answer questions, provide consultative advice and guide customer to the best product; Utilize Salesforce and technology systems to maintain detailed notes and communicate with customers via phone or email throughout sales process; Maintain a customer pipeline, send samples, manage carts and email quotes; Maintain a high closing ratio by utilizing consultative selling techniques and apply coaching and development behaviors to close customer business \u003Cbr /\u003E 10% - Participate in daily, weekly and monthly development sessions.
