The Team Manager is responsible for serving ADP clients in order to deliver World Class Service, as well as providing leadership, coordination, and management of team members and work activities. We are looking for an outstanding Application Services Manager or Team Leader who is passionate about helping the associates achieve their full career potential and the chance to have real influence on the standard of service that they provide.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EEssential Functions:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EYou will ensure management of team members by:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProviding them with needed training to perform their operational tasks.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPreparing, implementing and monitoring annual individual development plans.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDefining and managing yearly objectives and performance appraisals.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipating actively in selection of new hires.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWeekly reporting of activities in internal time management tool.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EClient Service and Operations:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOrganize the application support activities to meet the payroll schedule, to support the production and to ensure service continuity.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure that client services are provided at constantly high level and according to contractual commitments and Service Level Agreements.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EApply Client Service methodology, processes and procedures (SAP maintenance and configuration, responsibility matrix, DTPs, etc.).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EApply Client Service methodology, processes and procedures (responsibility matrix, DTPs, etc.).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork closely with other Team Leads and HR in order to ensure new associates are recruited and trained consistently according to our standards.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify Talent, work with Team Managers and HR ensuring appropriate development plans are created.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop and participate to the deployment of the Shared Services Center.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EWho we are looking for:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo be considered for this role you will need to have a proven track record of managing people and performance in a client service technical environment, ideally a minimum of 3 years of prior management experience, focused on external customer service/support in Business to Business (B2B) area.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EYou will be also experienced with SLA\u0027s and KPI\u0027s and with proven experience in achieving these targets.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EYou must have outstanding people development skills and be able to clearly communicate at all levels.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWe are looking for fluent communication level of English language and German.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of SAP PY or HR modules is considered a strong advantage, as well as experience with management of technical teams.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
