What You'll Do

Cisco is looking to hire a Global Account Manager in charge of Hyundai Motor Company and its subsidiaries.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Hyundai Account Sales while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Formulate and Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met and sustain business growth YoY.
  • Understand the customer's business needs and challenges.
  • Work with key Cisco extended team resources (Advanced Services, Product BUs, System Engineer, legal Finance and Channel partner teams) and direct activities within the client as appropriate.
  • Develop and manage relationships with business partners and alliances as per the clients' overall solution architecture.
  • Attain and maintain an up to-date knowledge of Cisco products, services and value proposition.
  • Maintain a high-profile, professional Cisco presence through business value creation and solutions oriented selling.
  • Develop, lead and deliver accurate/meaningful short and long terms sales forecasts and pipeline, in line with business objectives.
  • Team focused and able to collaborate with local, regional and corporate teams in a large organization.
  • Focus on achieving the Trusted Advisor and Preferred Business Partner of the client.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Sales organization in Korea assisting with CGEM (Country Global Enterprise Model) Sales.


Who You Are

  • At least 5+ years' experience in Large Enterprise Customers with a proven record in direct sales, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn and position technology/solution plays in view of driving the appropriate engagements with customers with clear business benefits in sight.
  • Highly motivated with a hunting spirit to develop new opportunities and grow business in multiple technology dimensions.
  • A teammate who is able to work in a multi-functional organization across time zones.
  • Validated ability to respond and handle challenges in a dynamic business environment.
  • Good communicator to drive solutions aligned to industry and local market trends.
  • Proficient in selling solutions to large customers.
  • Can do, will do attitude and able to think in unexpected ways to contribute creatively towards building solid business pipeline and driving consistent business.
  • A minimum education qualification of Bachelor degree from a reputed university.
  • English communication.
