Location: 7701 Legacy Drive Plano, TX 75024 Duties: Develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for the Global Enterprise Software category that continually improve quality, cost, and service across all PepsiCo business operations. Drive the sourcing process, lead sourcing, support Master Services Agreements, SaaS, Statement of Work development, and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements. Lead cross-divisional business teams including Global and Divisional IT teams, Legal, and Finance in the successful implementation of supplier and sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and project planning. Manage the IT software category by tracking spend by vendor and develop preferred supplier analysis with a goal of optimizing the number of suppliers while maximizing year over year savings. Work with PepsiCo and industry specialists leading RFP, RFQ, RFI, competitive bids, maintenance renewals, and miscellaneous projects. Lead sourcing, support Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work development, and analyze and evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements. Manage supplier performance against key metrics, service availability, service level agreements, delivery, and commercials to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications/Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Technology or related and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: Excel including Pivot tables and sensitivity analysis, PowerPoint including presentations for strategy and executive summaries, and MS Word including contract review with track changes; purchasing negotiations, including contracting, commercials, and managing key supplier relationships; and category management, including procurement, supply assurance, vendor management, and proven Total Cost of Ownership execution in an international operating model. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Selectica contract management tool or related; and Procurement experience within Food and Beverages including experience with operational and supply impacts of procurement decisions in the food and beverages industry.
