Functional Description:
The Global Strategy team plays a critical role in charting PepsiCos long-term growth and portfolio development, driving both the future of the company and shaping the industry landscape. The team is tasked with ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company. These issues often span multiple businesses, functions, and geographies, requiring fresh and disruptive thinking to navigate the ever-changing macro-environment in which PepsiCo operates.

In this role, you will be called upon to:
As a Strategy Associate Analyst, you will work closely with executives, operators, and the broader strategy team to support the development of long-term growth plans, analyze potential M&A opportunities, find solutions to high priority issues, and identify opportunities in operational efficiency to support PepsiCos long-term success. Your work on the team will enable you to develop professionally as you work across multiple geographies and functions within the business. Additionally, you will have substantial opportunity to cultivate your strategic skillset through a combination of formal training, learning on-the-job from other Strategy team members of all levels, and interactions with senior executives.

Qualifications/Requirements


What were looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in: Finance or business-related major (other related majors will be considered)
  • Team player
  • Entrepreneurial or business development mindset
  • Passion for consumer goods
  • Ability to apply logical and creative thinking to solve complex business problems
  • Self-starter with an ability to deliver defect free work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and desire to learn the business cold and look beyond the obvious
  • Proven analytical skills (demonstrated through classes and/or test scores)
  • History of leadership
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
  • Multi-lingual is a strong plus
  • Willing and able to travel 20% of the time

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:
  • Be completing their final year of undergraduate studies
  • Hold a Bachelors degree prior to the intended full time start date
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Include GPA (unless your school has a non-disclosure policy) on submitted resume
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
