As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsible for a portfolio of technology Platforms & Applications used around the world. Including: Working with business stakeholders to define and maintain the overall product functional roadmap, working with the global development & operations team, manage the delivery of the roadmap, including managing the User Acceptance & roll-out & deployment processes, Monitoring & reporting on the overall Service Level Agreements & product budget, managing the communications & supporting documentation.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Building relationships with leadership and client service professionals at all levels to establish trust and develop a productive working environment;
  • Understanding stakeholder goals, objectives and strategy and be able to translate the support of that strategy into an actionable product roadmap plan with clear benefits and ties to strategic priorities;
  • Having communication skills, making sure tasks are clearly understood and taking personal responsibility for completion;
  • Managing and delivering complex projects in a fast paced and changing environment that includes different stakeholders;
  • Prioritizing work in a dynamic environment where priorities and deadlines often shift;
  • Owning and engaging deeply in all aspects of a project from planning through implementation;
  • Taking initiative, being proactive and be willing to question established routines and practices;
  • Having attention to detail and the personal motivation to perform your role to the highest standards;
  • Promoting the exchange of information among project team members and effectively work with a remote team;
  • Leveraging PwC Technology tools to work efficiently, stay connected, and collaborate with the team and Territory;
  • Working with the firms internal communication and collaboration tools (google suite, spark etc.); and,
  • Working effectively under pressure.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Understanding agile product development lifecycle and processes; and,
  • Having familiarity with PwC IT NIS and operational processes.
