Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with experience with SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and other SAP security tools as well as experience working with clients, preferably in the public sector. The candidate must have an advanced level of French (written and spoken).
Main role and responsibilities:
  • Assess the business and application requirements related to application security and controls.
  • Advise upper management on how to create governance, risk and compliance models using SAP technologies.
  • Provide support and instructions to the project and client team to maintain compliance
  • Assist in the development of functional and system specifications related to governance, risk and compliance management and application security in complex ecosystems.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and business process modelling.
  • Develop and execute tests to confirm functionality.
  • Maintain the necessary documentation.
  • Transfer knowledge to clients.
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues within a teamwork environment.
  • Support deployment and maintenance as needed.
  • Lead meetings and workshops with clients and team members.
  • Participate in and provide governance directives during access control and process control workshops.
  • Establish the methodology for and support the implementation of the GRC access control and process control product.
  • Establish the SAP policies regarding access security and governance control and provide oversight in the form of support and feedback.
  • Assist in the identification of final and compensating controls.
  • Monitor process controls and ensure their optimization.
  • Implement compliance and quality assurance controls.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelors degree or DCS in a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP implementation - 6 full project life cycles primarily in the areas of security, governance, risk management and compliance
  • Extensive knowledge of the roles, authorizations and governance models associated with the implementation and integration of the following SAP modules, including BW/BI, FIORI, HR PM, MM, SD and FI/CO: CRM, FS-CD, FS-Claims, Hybris, BRF+, SuccessFactors
  • Experience implementing SAP security tools such as GRC and other tools in a global SAP solution within a complex ecosystem
  • Experience in the IT service industry where financial modules, logistic functionalities, CRM, new SAP technologies and external cloud solutions are implemented and integrated into a single solution
  • Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP
  • Experience configuring or using SAP CRM, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP GRC Process Control or SAP IDM (asset)
  • French and English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Understanding of the SAP Activate methodology
  • Experience working on long-term, large-scale projects
