**Job Description:**

Provides technical and analytical support in a GWIM operations function for one or more product areas such as funds transfer, collateral mgt/margins, corporate actions, static data/data management, control, trader support,clearance/settlement,documentation/confirmations,customer service, new accounts, client valuations, document processing or statement/billing processing. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exception handling and working with multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. May participate in projects and/or introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services and processes. This role typically requires 3+ years experience and a thorough working knowledge of brokerage, financial and/or banking operational functions and products.

Displays strong client relationship management skills during interactions with both internal and external clients. Responds accurately, timely and appropriately using client relationship management skills. Demonstrates logical, systematic approach to problem solving, focusing on client expectations and improving effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Leverages resources and past experiences to independently meet challenges and provide viable alternative solutions as needed. Prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Builds and maintains an understanding of the systems, approved IRS rules and regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Audits functions and correspondence and provides feedback in order to achieve flawless execution. Performs asset cost accounting adjustments, and system elevations to ensure information accuracy, elevating and resolving any inconsistencies. Participates in special projects, works well individually and as a team, performs other duties as assigned.

Working hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Mandatory overtime in peak seasons

Required Skills:

Minimum of two yearsbrokerage, financial and/or banking operational functions and products

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel/ spreadsheets

Outstanding positive attitude required

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Accounting/finance background, brokerage and security industry experience preferred.

Customer service background preferred.
