\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EADP is hiring a HCM Business Analyst - I.\u003C/strong\u003E Based on a strong level of knowledge of ADP products, regional functions, regional operating systems and procedures, this position participates as a key contributor in the implementation and optimization of new or revised ADP products, programs, operating systems and procedures across all MAS Service Centers. Scope of Work includes assigned projects that are of a relatively high level of complexity involving multiple departments and operating systems and require in-depth knowledge of a variety of ADP products including Payroll/HR/TLM.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EFor select projects, this position may function in a lead capacity overseeing the work of less experienced HCM Business Analysts. Responsible for delivering key components of the SOW and maximizing and optimizing ADP solutions for Major Accounts clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFor select projects, may function in a project lead capacity with respect to coordinating and overseeing the work of less experienced HCM Business Analysts.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitors and reports the status of assigned projects/SOW\u0027s including identifying any issues which might delay final results or deliverables.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalyzes the impact of new or revised products, programs, system migrations and procedures on the pending Statement of Work/Client Advisory Services Engagement. Identifies potential problems and participates as a key contributor in resolving them with other departments.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelops resources to support Client Advisory Services as it pertains to implementing new products, programs, systems and procedures.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains a strong knowledge of applicable products, regional operating systems and procedures by participating in focus groups, product committees and business conferences.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other related duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to travel up to 20% required\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E3-5 years of experience in implementation, project services, technical services, client services or TLM\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent in education and experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIn-depth knowledge in all ADP Workforce Management Solutions including AutoPay/Payroll platforms and in-depth understanding of the TLM suite (EZLM, eTime, Enterprise).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIn-depth knowledge of service and operations workflow methods, procedures and various ADP operating systems essential.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience in the implementation and/or optimization of new or revised ADP Products and services strongly preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResults Oriented: Works to achieve the highest levels of personal and organizational performance in order to exceed business goals.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProject Management: Experience involving projects with varying levels of complexity.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EClient Focus: Understands the perspective of the client and takes action to integrate their needs.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECommunication Skills: Wide Experience; Resolves Complex Issues\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOrganization Skills: Wide Experience; Resolves Complex Issues\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffective analytic and PC Skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
