The position builds rapport and trust to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives and call quality requirements. Position uses established sales methodologies to successfully close transactions. The position communicates proper expectations to ensure customer has been prepared for next steps in the installation process. \u003Cspan\u003EThe representative will act in a way that positively represents the Company and increases the customer\u0027s likelihood to shop again. Representatives will need to have personal internet connection speed of 10 Mbp/s download and 3 Mbps/upload.\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMajor Tasks, Responsibilities \u0026 Key Accountabilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cp\u003E80% - Uses excellent customer service and sales skills to quickly assess caller needs and proactively provide solutions with a high degree of accuracy. Sources new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound calls and emails for quote follow-up. Reviews quote details and evaluates floor plans to convey all project requirements to customer. Overcomes objections and uses a variety of sales skills to meet customer needs by understanding project requirements. Leverages product knowledge to make recommendations to close the sale. Successfully navigate and utilize resources, including customer relationship management tools (CRM), to provide solutions to customer installation inquiries, and remains current on changes to processes.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E20% - Maintains awareness of scorecard metrics and goals to partner with leadership and drive optimal performance.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ENature and Scope:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cp\u003EReports to the Contact Center Supervisor.
