Directs and leads strategic projects focused on growth and strategic planning to drive QC from $1.5B to 5B over the next 4 years, requiring frequent \u0026 tailored communication to numerous and various stakeholders. \u003Cbr /\u003E 30%- Financial Management: Owns top line sales, develops forward-looking action plans and reports to business leaders on a routine basis. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. \u003Cbr /\u003E 20%-Leadership: Leads, plans, coordinates teams in an efficient manner to effectively perform programs and processes; utilizes metrics to track performance and manage workload. Establishes function metrics for measuring and tracking vendor performance and satisfaction\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EThrough partnership with business leaders, proactively recognizes and translates process optimization needs into documented objectives\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EOptimizing processes in a lean Agile, software product development culture.
