Lead the development and execution of public awareness campaign, aiming to raising public acceptance of vaccination; Design effective HCP and customer engagement through mainstream and new media channels; Continue to raise effectiveness of public awareness campaign; Lead internal communication

Report directly to RTAL, focusing on effective customer engagement and raising public awareness.


1) Design strategy to raise public awareness about the importance of vaccination; tailor for both HCPs and general public

2) Establish strong partnership with mainstream media, strengthen and expand the media matrix

3) Lead to design new media strategy, driven by deep customer insights; fully leverage the influence of new media

4) Lead Vx marketing internal communication plan, design and execute a cohesive communciation message and planning



Laise between Pfizer and the partner, responsible for strategy, plan and execution Lead portfolio or big strategic brand strategies and plan Review and actively contribute to brands plan and A&P allocation Lead the review of product life cycle management strategy with the partner and cross function team. Review the key Campaigns Development and execution, select best fitting modules for the portfolio and brand needs For the big strategic brand marketing manager Promo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials Develop promotional meetings strategy (with senior marketing manager or RTAL)

s Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory)

s Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical

Develop the OP plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with BU Lead, GCO , senior marketing manager or RTAL) Long-range forecasting (with BU Lead, senior marketing manager or RTAL) Revenue adjustments, as needed (with BU Lead, senior marketing manager or RTAL) Develop TA life cycle management strategy with senior marketing manager or RTAL and WWT Develop effective structure with RTAL Develop MKT team competency with senior marketing manager or RTAL

Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred Proficient oral and written English Marketing experience at SBM and MM levels
