This position is responsible for account management focusing on the assigned territory, channel or portfolio to facilitate for Patients access to standard treatment. These account imperatives include:

- Maximize Patient access to the company's products in the assigned territories

- Collaborate with key account through engagement activities to enhance the quality acknowledgement of Pfizer's products, including VSS, NCPC, MOH, key SOHs - Local VSSs and Hospital BoDs

- Deliver access goals including KAs objective but not limited at key account performance, facilitate for business goals/patients access successfully

- Build up short-long term partnership with key account in specific plan account by account

- Increase disease awareness and loyalty/adherence for each key account to enhance patient reach

- Response H&V/Access solution at key accounts



**Role Responsibilities**

- Manage stakeholders/accounts on the assigned territory/ channel or portfolio:



+ To collect competitive intelligence, analyze and maximize of the information in building account strategy & action plan in collaboration with other MKT, FF, Medical, H&V.... to align with business/company goals/direction

+ To understand Key stakeholder influence network and create the map of the influence

+ To build and execute value propositions with key accounts with respect to enhance patient access/treatment outcome

+ To monitor accessing progress in key accounts and evolve action plans as appropriate to ensure Product access (monitor account contacts, account action plan execution...)

+ To discuss with key accounts on patients' need and provide information on the necessity and value of innovator approach so as to ensure that business opportunities are maximized across the total product portfolio in order to increase patients access to standard treatment

+ To be responsible for developing collaboration with the account and stakeholder



- To pay close attention to health policy development as well as chances and challenges in industry and impact to the business, which also includes impact of publication of health policy, impact on prescription behaviors, new medical guidelines, especially in Tender policy, Price Negotiation policy progresses... and communicate/update to BU team frequently to ensure the team is aware, updated and guided well.

- To response for National level on national centralize tender /price negotiation to ensure right understand on Pfizer's products quality

- To discuss and convey information to facilitate for patient demands moderation among hospitals in nationwide

- To engage key accounts/stakeholders to support for H&V/Medical strategy/program and access solution at key account level (PAP, reimbursement...)

- Complies with all Corporate Policies and Procedures, while conducting all job-related activities with integrity and adherence to high standards of business conduct.



**Qualifications**

Education



+ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical area.



Certification



+ Knowledge of the evolving healthcare environment, health policy



Work Experience



+ Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma industry.

+ Minimum 2 years-experience in field force management including hiring, directing and managing field force activities.

+ Marketing experience if preferred

+ Cross functional collaborative experience.

+ Good communication in written and spoken English. Computer literate including manipulating Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word.

+ Leadership skill: able to lead, coach and motivate the cross functional team to achieve the company objectives

+ Advanced negotiation

+ Good collaboration/relation
