Responsibilities The Human Resources Coordinator (L3) role will provide support to both PNB locations and partner with the broader PBNA HR network, as necessary, to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to recruitment, policy interpretation and administration, employee relations, training, compensation, leave administration, recordkeeping, and other duties as necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness of the HR function. This role will collaborate with teams across all departments and ensuring the company continues to balance the needs of the business with those of our employees. The selected candidate must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule with willingness to work any shift and overtime, as necessary. Primary Job Accountabilities: Drive and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization to evolve culture and engagement Supports the HR dept of the function in managing all HR processes; acts as a liaison between PNB facilities and the broader PBNA HR network Supports FL hiring initiatives and collaborates with necessary stakeholders to meet staffing targets and improve talent sourcing Manages onboarding and training programs in accordance with plant initiatives Processes payroll transactions, HRIS data inputs, and system troubleshooting; escalates matters to HRSC or PBNA support teams as necessary Maintains data integrity and accuracy of personnel records and databases; acts as the subject matter expert for all HRIS and benefit systems Respond to inquiries related to policies, performance, benefits, payroll, and leave administration as necessary; escalates employee relations issues as appropriate Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new programs in HR, talent management, and employment law Understanding of the PBNA and PNB policies and procedures as it relates to HR operations Participates in the development and implementation of various HR projects and programs Have the agility to flex with changing responsibilities as the role evolvesPNB is dedicated to the policy of equality of employment opportunity for all its employees without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by law. Qualifications Job Eligibility Criteria: Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelors degree strongly preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields 2+ years Human Resources experience 2-3 years of coordinator and/or administrative experience Previous experience working in Human Resources Administration including benefits, leave of absence and payroll Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy, using good judgment, discretion, and professionalism Required travel between PNB facilities in Oregon and Washington Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems (SAP, EC, Kronos, etc.) Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, including formal presentations Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain poised in difficult situations with the ability to present his/her/their point of view in varied business situations Results oriented, highly motivated, able to complete multiple assignments in a timely and accurate manner and drive issues to resolution Positive and willing attitude that promotes teamwork and ability to work well within a diverse workgroup with a high level of customer service skills Must demonstrate, follow, and enforce all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Must be able to perform frequent standing, sitting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting; perform frequent grasping, occasional reaching over the shoulder, waist level and from the floor","location_name":"WA-Tumwater-3003-PBC-WA10001","street_address":"3003 R W Johnson Blvd","city":"Tumwater","state":"Washington
