Our busy two person HR Department is seeking an HR Generalist to assist the Director with all department functions. Responsibilities and duties include recruitment and retention of staff, employee relations, new hire orientation, employee relations, record keeping, HR file maintenance, entering employee status changes into our HRIS system, payroll related activities and projects, as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's  Degree in Human Resources or a related  field. PHR certification desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office aps.

Experience: Prior Human Resources work experience, preferably in a health care environment. Familiarity with Lawson HRIS and ATS systems desirable.
