They will work across various HR functional areas: recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and associate relations.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E- Utilize data and feedback from assigned department to identify trends and potential issues to address (e.g., turnover). \u003Cbr /\u003E - Assists with talent management activities for assigned department \u0096 performance management, talent review, rewards, and associate development. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Coordinate with talent acquisition team to drive and monitor recruiting process. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Coach business on a variety of HR resources and tools. Counsels and coaches leaders on business decisions related to the organization, leadership and associate effectiveness. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Resolves general associate relations issues and gathers information for investigations. Supports consistency in practice of SOP and employment law. \u003Cbr /\u003E - Lead various HR related projects as necessary, including rolling out corporate-wide initiatives and conducting training classes on HR topics.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EThis position reports to HR manager, Sr Manager or Director. \u003Cbr /\u003E This position has 0 direct reports.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEnvironment: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ELocated in a comfortable indoor area.
