The HR Services Transformation Lead, Global HR Operations PFNA will be responsible for leading ongoing transformation efforts focused on the evolution of the HR Service Delivery & Operating Model for PepsiCo Foods North America. This role will be responsible for the design and execution of workstreams involving the transition and establishment of an expanded service portfolio delivered by the HR Operations Service Delivery teams based in PepsiCos Global Business Services (GBS) hubs. They will facilitate idea generation, intake, and functional evaluation among the HR and Business community on service delivery, automation, and simplification opportunities and will maintain a prioritized idea funnel to drive improvements delivering concrete business value (productivity or quality measures). They will collaborate closely with the HR function to support development and adoption of new ways of working related to these transformation and improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Engage Field HR SMEs and the wider Field HR community to generate improvement ideas within the HR Operations NA remit. Facilitate always-on idea intake via Continuous Improvement funnel mechanisms (user sat surveys, Voice of Customer engagements, escalation monitoring, service quality reviews, HR feedback loops). Facilitate evaluation, valuation, and prioritization of ideas based on complexity and impact factors aligned to HR strategic priorities. Serve in SME and/or project/program lead capacity in requirement gathering, design, test, change & comms and launch / stabilization of new automated solutions or service delivery enhancements. Lead process optimization efforts to simplify E2E triggers, hand-offs & flow, approval, etc. Serve in relationship management role on behalf of HR Operations PFNA representing GHRO Hub service delivery teams engaging Sector/Corp HR on communication of continuous improvement priorities, project status, process changes, tool updates, escalation management and troubleshooting. Support simplification of transaction initiation and query management for employees and HR users. Support optimization of case & order management across the HR Operations NA portfolio. Serve as a consultant in the introduction of industry standard, world class, and newly emerging Shared Services technologies and ways of working. Serve as a consultant in supporting E2E employee experience thinking in connecting business requirements, tools and processes with GBS service delivery, tools and processes in an effort to ensure simple, intuitive, frictionless employee experience across the GHRO portfolio. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business or human resources or related fields Minimum 5-7 years in HR Operations/Shared Services environment Experience in Global environment/Matrix organizations Preferred Qualifications: Experience in process design, optimization, operational excellence, continuous improvement dedicated role within Shared Services or HR Operations critical Experience with implementation of emerging technologies (i.e. RPA, ChatBot, Machine Learning, AI) Knowledge and understanding of core HR Systems (HCM, ATS, Performance, Talent Management, Case & Order, Knowledge Management) Case & order implementation and evolution experience User experience-centric focus Complex stakeholder relationship management across business segments, functions and regions (global program experience in service delivery and technology necessary) Individual must be self-starter, highly motivated, and possess strong results orientation Ability to think strategically, innovate, and execute a plan Should possess excellent communication skills and an ability to positively interact and influence with their peers and associates at all levels in various functions Strong knowledge of MS Office programs Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $145,000 - $165,000 Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
