Proactively works to identify problems and offer solutions to improve the internal operation and administration of HR administration and policies.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides WFN Technology support as it related to HR functionality.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides consultative HR support, guidance, direction and advice about the application or interpretation of human resources and labor policies, practices and procedures within the scope of our offering.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUtilizes internal and external resources and tools to conduct necessary research and follow-up to resolve client\u0027s technological and best practice/compliance requests.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner with assigned RM, PR and Benefits Solution Specialists (as applicable) and be knowledgeable of 3rd party vendor/products that provide services to Comprehensive Services clients in order to provide troubleshooting support and a seamless client experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner closely with Specialty Services teams (Talent, Documentation Specialists, etc.) to provide additional consulting and support for supplemental client needs.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist client with special HR related projects.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EContinually upgrade knowledge and skill base relating to HR programs including compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices and process, WFN product and other products as applicable to increase proficiency in a support capacity. May champion and/or assist in assessing regulatory changes and process impact, process improvement, WFN product or other service application rollouts, and service training. Acts as a Liaison between the service center, relationship manager, and the client to explain HR related processes.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOccasional extended hours during peak seasons. May work 5 - 10 hours of OT 6 - 8 weeks of the year.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEducation:\u003C/strong\u003E Bachelor\u0027s Degree\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EExperience:\u003C/strong\u003E 2\u002B years\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPreference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree in a Business or HR related field or equivalent education and experience required.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESHRM, PHR, FPC, GBA, CEBS, and/or CHRS (ACA)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E2\u002B years in a Customer Service environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E2\u002B years HR Generalist experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESkills: Strong project management and effective time management skills necessary.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBasic knowledge of ADP\u0027s WFN (or other enterprise PR \u0026 H\u0026W) products and a proven proficiency of navigating the ADP organization (or other) to resolve client requests required preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffective verbal and written communication skills necessary as well as interpersonal and conflict management skills.
