Auto req ID: 262010BR Job Description Accountabilities include: Provide generalist Human Resources support for multiple US locations (employees in Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New York) and one Mexico location (Atlacomulco) Guide leaders and employees regarding administration and interpretation of company policies and HR programs for both frontline and office staff (compensation, performance management, etc.) Ensure activities are compliant with state and federal employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, etc.) Lead and coach leadership in performance management and disciplinary actions Lead the recruiting process, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, for frontline and salaried roles for multiple US locations and Mexico Support the development and execution of team strategies to support strong employee morale and culture Conduct formal investigations of employee concerns or other issues Lead and participate in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives Coordinate other activities across the workforce such as performance management, training programs, organizational health survey, etc. Run reports and analyze data in support of business decision-making (overtime, hiring, etc.) Serve as the backup for the local Payroll Administrator, to ensure business continuity when necessary Must have ability to think and work independently, take initiative, and utilize sound business judgment as it relates to HR processes and policies Clearly and confidently engage and communicate (both written and verbal) with all levels of the organization, from frontline employees up to executive leaders Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Skills & Capabilities: Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management: staffing, employee/labor relations, performance management, leadership development, training, compensation Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred Proven ability to influence decision-making Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective Courage to make difficult decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts and data Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present his/her point of view in varied business situations Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Willingness to travel periodically within the United States and to Mexico Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
