Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Understanding of Global Mobility (GM) strategy and operations. Understanding of HR and/or Finance processes/ operations, such as onboarding, systems, immigration, documentation, payroll, T&E. International, relocation, systems/reporting, or formal project management experience.

Demonstrated ability to: Deliver high-quality and culturally competent customer service support to assignees, vendors and various internal support teams. Utilize analytical and reporting skills and exhibit the ability to learn and utilize specialized databases. Independently evaluate and manage exception requests and escalations as needed. Leverage demonstrated critical thinking skills and the exhibit the ability to interpret and apply GM policy, to determine appropriate resolutions to issues/escalations. Effectively team and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders. Establish and maintain effective relationships across functional areas. Lead and/or support projects of varying scale and complexity. Organize and manage daily operational activities, while managing multiple priorities in a high volume work environment. Maintain continuous process improvement mindset. Lead projects, exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions, where appropriate, with an emphasis on effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes and PeopleSoft. Customer service experience supporting a diverse workforce and work environment.
