**ROLE SUMMARY**



This position is responsible for the management and performance of the designated product as a Lead PM for a strategic brand by developing and executing strategies/ brand plans that will differentiate the product with competitive advantages based on clear understanding of the corporate objectives and the healthcare environment.



This position directly reports to I&I Korea Lead, coaches and works with Project Associate who supports the implementation of marketing projects, and closely collaborate with other related functions (e.g. Sales, Medical, CO, Legal, etc) as a leadership team member in I&I Korea.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



**Achieve Business Results with environment shaping**



**Product Planning & Implementation**



+ Develops strategic/operating plans and POAs for designated product(s)

+ Develops lifecycle management plans and lead cross function teams for new launches(e.g. New formulation launch, Indications expansion)

+ Shape the environment to develop patient access strategies for new indications launch

+ Ensures effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes



**Initiatives**



+ Leads internal customers and partners to align and to act for product objective achievement



**Work with Field Force**



+ Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budgets.



**Cross-divisional Teamwork**



+ Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor grand strategies to achieve budget



**Market Intelligence**



+ Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making



**Sales Forecasting**



+ Assesses and understands the competitive pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals that are aligned with the corporate objectives



**Expense Management**



+ Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit target



**Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders**



+ Builds positive relationships with key customers/stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations.

+ Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics.



**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Bachelor's degree or above



**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Preferably 3-4 years or above marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry

+ Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills (verbal & written)

+ Fluency in spoken and written English

+ Good interpersonal & communication skills

+ Strong customer focus

+ Strong drive for results

+ Innovative & Creative thinking

+ Strong teamwork

+ High ethical standards (Integrity)
