We are seeking a Privilege Access Management (PAM) and Identity Lead to join our team. The lead will be responsible for assessment, planning, design, testing, and technical documentation for implementation, support, and product maturity. This individual will have demonstrated experience with PAM strategies and tool implementations. Requires a strong understanding of Identity Management both on-prem and cloud, as well as, secrets management for development environments.

* Document existing and future state architecture with functional requirements and specifications.
* Understand and assess existing identity and PAM toolsets.
* Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps.
* Design and plan large scale adoption of PAM, including test and remediation plans.
* Ensure security, governance, and compliance of the Identity and PAM services.

* Demonstrated experience of PAM products to include BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Centrify, Thycotic, and with secrets managers like Conjur, and Hashi Corp Vault.
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle (OCII), cloud solutions architecture, related technologies, and their interdependencies.
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in operationalizing and managing PAM services within a large enterprise.
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in leveraging PAM APIs to improve PAM user experience and facilitate self-service adoption.
* Demonstrated experience in successfully identifying PAM opportunities within the enterprise.
* A moderate level of scripting/programming experience such as PowerShell, Python, etc.
* Must be able to independently handle complex problems.
* Demonstrated success translating customer business requirements into solutions.
* Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
* Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction.
* Collaborate as part of delivery team which may include project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and change management professionals.

* Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or in a related field or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge
* Project experience implementing core infrastructure, identity, and cloud-based services for enterprise organizations.
* 10+ years experience within the professional services/consulting industry or equivalent enterprise experience.
* Experience working in vendor/client relationship within matrix management structure highly desirable.
* Experience in project and solution estimation.
