**POSITION DESCRIPTION**



**POSITION SUMMARY**



IM Portoflio Digital Marketeer is responsible for the development, execution, optimization, managing the proper measurement, reporting and analysis of online marketing programs and of multiple digital education platforms that support health care professionals (HCPs) for assigned Pfizer Internal medicine (IM) business unit products.

Highly-engaged and creative individual responsible for supporting the development of new and innovative ways to enhance our digital education platforms for both physicians and patients.

He/she will be part of Pfizer IM marketing team aimed to maximize the technical and creative opportunities in the web space.

Partners with Eliquis Brand lead on development of brand digital strategy and tactical recommendations and leading execution of digital brand campaigns, tactics and programs to drive operational effectiveness, business impact and meet objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of agency or client-side experience, mastery of the digital and social landscape and shares a mutual calling to improve the way that brands interact with consumers.



**Responsibilities**



+ Responsible for creating multiple strategic and innovative digital programs to improve HCPs engagement through integrated digital, mobile, and social platforms, by driving the adoption of digital experiences through these initiatives

+ Designs and manage an integrated multichannel tactical plan that is aligned to business objectives, maximizes brand relevance and value. Provides clear direction for channel mix selection, content development and delivery

+ Develop concept of social marketing plans utilizing our existing digital activities and in line with brands strategic plan and compliance requirements

+ Identify opportunities for synergies and collaboration within and across therapeutic areas and brands from IM portfolio

+ Create partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of existing or of planned Global digital strategies; leveraging synergies to maximize resources and create efficiencies

+ Partner with Medical team to provide early insight into professional digital material creation to drive content use

+ Manage relationships with external agencies

+ Set up KPIs , metrics for social/digital activities and manage the performance reports for these activities

+ Coordinates with brand teams to plan and execute across web, SEO, email, social media and digital advertising to optimize the user funnels to drive awareness and HCPs education

+ Utilizes audience research and trend analysis to develop supporting content and digital strategies; conducts HCPs monitoring to identify topics and trends that impact our audience interests

+ Responsible for monitoring campaign performance and outputs to provide timely recommendations back to streamline processes, eliminating inefficiencies and improving results

+ Monitors changes in digital marketing platforms and makes recommendations for adjustments as needed

+ Identify new and innovative ways to improve Pfizer Internal medicine digital education platforms, contribute to a vision for how digital thinking will optimize and differentiate educational content delivery for a variety of our stakeholders



**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree or Masters degree desired in the area of Business&Marketing

+ 2 years' experience serving in a digital capacity, and customer digital marketing and communications is an advantage

+ Understanding of online campaign management trafficking/ad serving systems and media technologies

+ Experience in planning and executing marketing programs across the digital ecosystem

+ Ability to lead, inspire, partner and positively influence collaboration, drive results and achieve desired outcomes

+ Good communication skills with a clear communication style , able to communicate with staff and management at all levels

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to execute with accuracy, and ability to support compliance

+ Creative concepting in social and digital media

+ Applying knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs

+ Well organised and self motivated

+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

+ Good orientation in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
