* Benefits Setup Validation & Issue Resolution

* Benefits AB Items Involvement

* Admin Training (general Benefits overview and Comp Ben features)

* TotalRewards Setup

* Carrier Connection Initiation

* Provisioning Initiation & Introduction

* Benefits Management Report Initiation

* Comp Ben SOP Development

* Trigger/Deliver exception process (Comp Ben)

* Comp Ben SOP Review & Approval with Alex, Benefit Test Drive

* Benefits AB Progress Confirmation

* Benefits T2S Coordination

* Introduce homepage & self-service portal

* Host Homepage & Self-Service portal customization call & complete custom configuration (as needed)

 

Responsibilities

* Conduct benefits analysis calls with the client to verify benefits setup needs and information.

* Ensure benefits-related documents and reports are gathered in order to analyze the client's unique benefits needs.

* Complete benefits and HR account setup and configuration tasks in various HCM platforms, including but not limited to ADP Workforce Now (e.g. benefit plans).

* Perform quality assurance tests to ensure benefits data has been successfully and accurately converted and uploaded.

* Provide comprehensive, ongoing and proactive support for all inquiries pertaining to HR/benefits system functionality and best practices during implementation.

* Ensure client understanding of HCM platform and all features of the benefits/HR functionality they purchased.

* Prepare client for benefits/HR transition from implementation to service.

* Collaborate with sales and internal partners to ensure successful benefits/HR implementation.

* Produce and review a standard benefits operating procedure document with the client for ongoing engagements beyond implementation.

* Update internal CRM platform with client-specific information.

* Walk client through benefits support model and assist client in understanding relationship between client and ADP.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Experience in implementing Benefits or HCM products for clients

* Expertise and knowledge in Benefits configuration and setup
* Proficient in MS Excel 
* Knowledge in industry best practices and trends in Benefits               
* Knowledge in Benefits products, features, and/or services of an online HCM platform, including but not limited to ADP Workforce Now

* Attention to detail, process-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* Ability to respond and react to a variety of different critical issues simultaneously
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen processes and deliverables
* Strong verbal and written communication skills through appropriate email etiquette                                                                                                                                 * Analytical & problem solving skills to anticipate, identify, eliminate, and/or resolve problems in a timely manner
* Excellent organizational skills
