*Primary Location: *3268 Progress Way, Wilmington, OH, USA *Division: *Cox Automotive *Job Level: *Individual Contributor *Travel: *No *Schedule: *Full-time *Shift: *Day Job *Requisition Number: *202100826 *$1000 SIGN ON BONUS PAID AT 90 DAYS* The Implementation Specialist II is responsible for managing, performing and coordinating all tasks related to new client onboarding, service additions, mergers/acquisitions, special projects, Electronic Lien & Title (ELT) enrollments and modifications. The role is accountable for the accurate set up of system configurations, and maintenance of documentation to ensure services are implemented within committed timeframes while ensuring adherence to contractual commitments. Responsibilities include clear, concise and detailed documentation of decisions, action items, and project milestones. The role requires interacting collaboratively, professionally and directly with Clients/Customers, State Title Agencies, Operations, Account Management, and various other external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams. * Independently oversee all aspects of assigned implementation related initiatives including establishing and managing to project timelines, performing configurations, coordinating and facilitate meetings with applicable internal and external stakeholders, ensuring onboarding, special projects and associated tasks are completed accurately, and deliverables are met on time. * Take meticulous notes and maintain detailed documentation of action items and decisions. Identify and contribute to resolution of out of scope requests. Report and escalate risks to clients and leadership and impacted business areas. * Collaboratively and professionally interact directly with Clients/Customers, State Title Agencies, Competitive Vendors, Sales, Operations, Account Management, Contract Administration, Product, Accounting and other external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams. * Accurately complete all configurations, making sure post onboarding services can be fulfilled. * Ensure requirements are clear, concise and solidified. * Review and comprehend contract related documentation such: as Agreements, Amendments, Service Schedule, Pricing, Service Request Forms (Projects) and State Applications. * Manage multiple initiatives, projects and priorities simultaneously to support business requirements. * Follow procedural controls and objective metrics to ensure accurate measurements of performance reporting is achieved. * Adhere and comply to corporate and department processes, procedures and policies. * Ensure coverage of other responsibilities in the absence of team members. * Perform other duties as assigned or needed. * <10% Travel is required. Qualifications: * High school diploma or the equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred. * Automotive, titling and/or financial institution background preferred. * 2+ years previous experience, preferably in a high demand, implementation, project management, client relations, or customer service environment. * Equally comfortable and effective working autonomously and directly with clients, state agencies, other external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams regardless of their rank and stature. * Sound inductive reasoning required - The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions; includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events. * Clearly, effectively and appropriately communicates in both written and verbal format. * Mental acuity (i.e. detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize) to execute the duties of the position successfully to meet business needs. * Knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel. * Experience with Service Station and Salesforce a plus. * Project management experience desired. * Technical acumen a plus. * Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule, travel as needed, be on call and work weekends and holidays as necessary.
