The primary responsibility of the role will be to develop and manage relationships with the key stakeholders in order drive sales across the assigned accounts and territory. In addition, the Global Sales Manager will be responsible for providing consistent management, planning and reporting on their accounts.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsibility:\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMeet or exceed assigned quota. Develop annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned quota.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreate consistent activity management, opportunity and account plans within Salesforce.com.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales against these goals; adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBroaden knowledge of company solutions and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses vis-\u0026agrave;-vis the competition.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPursue small, medium and large prospects and leads and negotiate terms of sales that will maximize the organization\u0027s business interests.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaise with other departments across the organization (particularly in implementation and client services) to ensure that sales activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPropose and implement opportunity and account plans to ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and retention through building ongoing business relationships.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEstablish and maintain effective and constructive relationships with internal/external clients, earning trust and respect through demonstrating a consistent commitment to exceed expectations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain a high state of integrity and professionalism in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEducation\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDegree in Management or Business Administration.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAdvanced degree desirable.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EExperience\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGraduate / Post graduate with 5 plus years of experience in handing international sales.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESound experience in handling B2B sales is mandatory.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUnderstanding of HR / Payroll Outsourcing concepts will be an added advantage.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EShould be an effective in communication, negotiation and personal grooming\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge and understanding of technology -- automation aspects will be an added advantage.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EGeneric Skills\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent written and oral communication skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work effectively under changing conditions. .\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong managerial ability.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EShould be well groomed and should display good behavioral skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
