Your Role and Responsibilities
Are you a sales professional who is as passionate about selling as you are about knowing your clients' business and industry?

As an IBM Solution Representative/Brand Specialist, you're the expert. Passionate about your clients' business their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business issues - and equally knowledgeable about the unique capabilities of IBM's brands/products and how they can be developed into winning solutions that serve those needs.

You'll also be responsible for navigating IBM to identify and acquire critical resources needed to develop the best solution for the client, while applying IBM brand strategies and offerings, methods and models, to ensure world-class design and delivery.

Not only do our sales people sell some of the world's most innovative IT and business solutions, they get to interact with clients in a wide array of fields. Show everyone how good you really are.

  • IBM IS services sales (Service Lines offerings) directly to the clients, key responsibility is a contract closing with the clients in mutual benefits (IBM and clients).
  • Autonomy in executing the daily sales activities but still being a team member of a large IBM sales team and the channels

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Skills and knowledge needed
  • Understanding competitive offerings and selling.
  • Understanding IT services business and services market. Understand IBM IS offerings and structures:
  • Recognizing potential business transferees in IS area and having a big picture in order to see bigger IBM sales potential. Matching clients need with IBM offers.
  • Controlling and leading when executing ISS sales processes and rules.
  • Responsible for individual and team sales financial results for IS business such as signings, revenue and profit.
  • Planning and presentation activities which have positive impact to clients satisfaction.
  • Planning the sales strategies in order to increase IBM services market share in the market.
Required: At least 5 years experience in competitive offerings and selling

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • over 5 years experience in a similar role
