As an Account Manager at Terrain Insights, you will be part of the sales organization working with the sales and PwC Advisory teams to build a customer pipeline and assist in closing SaaS license sales for the Terrain Insights product.You will be part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience and work with Sales, Customer Success, and PwC Advisory consulting teams to establish our customers and clients meet their goals and we deliver world class solutions.

Demonstrates an extensive level abilitieswith, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member in the following areas:

  • Engaging with current and prospective customers and partners on the phone, or online meeting to understand the client or partners business objectives and position the TerrainInsights solution to help guide them through the sales cycle for a purchase in a timely manner;
  • Prospecting, receiving and qualifying incoming leads by assessing the prospects needs and verifying the opportunity for closure;
  • Building a sales pipeline with potential customers;
  • Developing weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on sales metrics utilizing CRM system Salesforce.com;
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our products, assisting in sales presentations and online demonstrations of our products if required to close;
  • Building rapport with PwC partners and clientsthrough friendly, engaging communication and meetings;
  • Preparing and leading presentations for sales meetings and coordinating follow ups and next steps to drive the sales cycle forward;
  • Working with the CRO and marketing to provide feedback on client and PwC partner needs to help prepare the necessary sales materials;
  • Working with Sales and Marketing team to develop go to market strategies and content;
  • Performing online research to answer customer questions and concerns;
  • Conducting product demonstrations via the web;
  • Working on a quota based on being part of a sales team and will be measured based on yours and the teams ability to achieve the quota;
  • Working in a teaming environment, building and sustaining relationships with peers and colleagues;
  • Operating with a sense of urgency and demonstrating agility in an ever-changing environment;
  • Promoting company goals and ideals to customers, channel partners and the market in general;
  • Managing multiple opportunities with strong follow-up skills;
  • Demonstrating verbal and written communication skills to listen, understand, question and translate information into a value proposition for the customer; and,
  • Utilizing technical tools such as Salesforce, MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google suite including Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
