Creates training deliverables for the Home Depot environment by applying instructional design and adult learning principles and strategies on medium to high complexity projects. Creates deliverables for all phases of the course creation life cycle. Translates business requirements into learning requirements and project scope for a single course or a group of courses on medium to high complexity projects. Conducts peer reviews of deliverables by Associate Instructional Designers and Instructional Designers. Involved in developing and managing work plans and curriculum maps.
