**ROLE SUMMARY**



+ Own brand strategy for market,

+ Drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and opex of assigned brands,

+ Ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country,

+ Owns, defines and drives specific strategy and tactical plans for IM brands,

+ Responsible for: Generating revenue growth, lifecycle management, forecasting and OpEx for IM Brands as well as ensuring the realization of profitability,

+ Matrix management & leadership to ensure optimal decision making between local cross functional teams for effective support of the brands,

+ Proactively driving the development of brand strategies to maximize the brand growth,

+ Have deep market, customer, patient and competitor knowledge and insight, ideally within the CV space and effectively uses them to articulate and drive the brand strategy,

+ Acts as the single-point 'go-to person' on all brand related matters, forms, represents the brand on all regional matters

+ Leads the brand cross-functional team in the country/cluster of responsibility

+ Collaborate with the global brand team in the development and delivery of global and regional initiatives and programs



**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ 5-10 years of marketing experience in pharma industry

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required in the area of Business & Marketing

+ Proficiency in English and Hungarian language



**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Master's degree or MBA desired

+ Cardiovascular experience is an advantage
