**Job Focus**

You will be part of the Pfizer Essential Health - Hospital team and will work in collaboration with many colleagues: Hospital Brand Managers, Digital Counselling board, Medical Advisors, Multi-Channel Communication (MCC) Team, etc. You will build and implement the customer-oriented marketing strategy. This will be done through developing materials to be published on the Pfizer digital platforms, the creation of accredited e-learnings for continuous medical education (Webinars) or the development of e-mailing marketing campaigns. Another important aspect will be to put in place a set of metrics to monitor the efficiency of the approach.

**Your Responsibilities**

Develop & implement a content plan across various channels (website, email, webinar...) Coordinate the content creation with various teams (Marketing, Medical, Agencies, MCC, etc.) Work closely with business colleagues to gather and edit relevant content Stay on top of content monitoring & understand business needs to influence editorial choices wisely Provide PEH stakeholders with recommendations during decision making processes Partner with colleagues from other business units to ensure coordinated & seamless publishing Ensure web content and services are accurate, updated, maintained, and aligned with our priorities

**Your Profile**

You are naturally committed to excellence and passionate about MCC and Customer Experience You are strongly customer focused, you identify his needs and channel opportunities You have the ability to generate respect from stakeholder whatever their level in the organization You have strong partnering and collaboration skills You are a good communicator in Dutch, French and English You have strong computer literacy skills: Office is a must, Adobe tools skills would be appreciated You are comfortable with ambiguity
