Position Description

PwC's Advisory Financial and Treasury Management (FTM) Practice needs professionals to provide advisory and consulting services focused on developing integrated solutions for Financial Management and Treasury activities at multinational corporations, across all industry segments. We are currently looking for an experienced manager to enhance our team in the areas of global cash and liquidity management, treasury technology and working capital management. We seek a professional who has in depth knowledge in one or more of these areas who will be responsible for managing treasury and financial management projects, developing client relationships and supporting the growth of the team.

Technical Skills Required

  • 6+ years of relevant industry and financial and treasury management experience
  • Needs detailed understanding and experience in most of the following functional areas:
  • Systematic understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, and currency and commodity hedging),
  • Experience with treasury management systems (i.e., SAP, Quantum, Reval, Kyriba)
  • Experience in supporting working capital management initiatives for large, global companies (e.g., decreasing DSO, optimizing DPO, optimizing inventory) and related financial solutions, e.g., supply chain finance & dynamic discounting
  • Depth in global liquidity management techniques (e.g., pooling, in-house banks, payment factories, multilateral netting)

Business and Personal Skills Required

  • Ability to identify, secure and execute on large scale treasury and financial management transformation engagements
  • Exceptional financial, business and global acumen
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
  • Good listening skills, an inquisitive nature, and a high degree of intellectual curiosity
  • International and multicultural mindset
  • Advanced communication, leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, juggle competing priorities, see the big picture, and correct course as needed
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to execute a project within the scope of overall strategies.
  • Team-oriented mindset that expects and achieves challenging results while respecting and motivating people


  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Economics required
  • Masters Degree in Business or Finance preferred
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential or equivalent preferred

Other Requirements

50 - 75% travel weekly.
