Auto req ID: 278886BR Job Description The OpenText IT Operations Manager primary purpose will be to oversee and manage IT operations and support of PepsiCos digital imaging platform Mainly OpenText. This includes providing oversight to vendor and employee resources to effectively manage Service Now and SAP tickets and changes in the SAP S/4 environments, at a global level. He/She will also be responsible for streamlining overall operational proceses and procedures regarding digital imaging, while adhering to PepsiCos Goveranance and IT operational processes. Responsibilities also include partnering with the Digital Imaging OpenText Sr. Product Owner, to identify document/image processes that can be automated mainly the OpenText platform. He/She will be accountable for assisting the Sr. Product Owner with content management of PGT SAP S/4 implementations. (EUROPE, PBNA, PFNA etc.). Partner with all 7 Sectors to understand the business needs of document management and define & drive industry-leading solutions and operational support, post go-live. Establish credibility with leadership, gain consensus and approvals for requirements, estimates, solutions, and operational planning. This role will work with the CTO and Sector CIO teams and assist with implementation of the document management vision for the entire organization, being responsible for timely delivery of quality sustain support, while performing appropriate scope management. You will be accountable for the successful definition, launch, delivery and support of new document management initiatives Define and communicates product vision and strategies that inspires others to follow with commitment and dedication Prioritize development and support of product features and requirements, including new requests from inside and outside the team. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets and status reports Recommend / takes action to synergize product features and implantations across business domains. Provide visibility to team impediments/risks and helps eliminate them. You will lead 3 4 transformation initiatives at any given time You will lead lead 2 3 Operations analysts Establishe a program management approach for overall rollout and support of OpenText product. Communicate and collaborate broadly with IT stakeholders and business partners related to the projects and on-going support. Manage Vendor relationships and finances. Qualifications/Requirements 10+ years of industry experience for a global delivery environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, especially in IT Operations leadership role. 10 years of experience in document management space with leading vendors 5 years Experience in OCR, document presentment, rendition and collaboration models Extensive experience in AP, AR and HR processes. Enterprise ERP systems knowledge like SAP is a plus Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Passionate about delivering against tight timelines Ability to work across multiple silos within the organization and lead cross functional teams to successful outcomes, including an ability to address complex situations into actionable plans Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills Excellent communication and people skills Ability to organize, define charter, plan and create a team environment that will lead to a team motivated to deliver Effective facilitation skills for decision making Strong ability to interpret data quickly and communicate to executive / business sponsors Flexible and adaptable to time sensitive situations and work in a high-pressure environment Strong domain knowledge in areas of document management and proficiency in budget planning, financial management and resource management This role requires significant knowledge of document processing needs for consumer package goods. Must be flexible to work across time zones as responsibilities span several times time zones across sectors. He/She is expected to lead global reports based in LATAM, Russia and India.
