The IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support services to various IT processes including: IT Procure to Pay, Network Provisioning, Asset Management, IT Reporting, and Time and Attendance Systems Administration. This individual will be responsible for analyzing current operations process, performing gap analysis, and designing and implementing process improvements to continuously improve operational processes.  

 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • IT Procure to Pay:
    • Ordering of IT services, software, and hardware
    • Invoice review and expense coding
    • Contract renewal tracking and reporting
    • Tracking order status and verifying receipt of goods and services
    • Communicating delays and working with Operations Management to help improve and innovate process and procedures
  • Network Provisioning:
    • Ordering network circuits and voice services
    • Issuing carrier disconnect orders as required
    • Telecom/Network Invoice validation
  • Asset Management:
    • Validating and reconciling recurring Asset Management reports
    • Perform process validation to ensure policy compliance
  • IT Reporting:
    • Create routine IT Operations and Help Desk performance reports
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and SLA violations
  • Time and Attendance Systems Administration:
    • Responsible for setup and configuration of time/scheduling system
    • Maintain user access in time/scheduling system
    • Create/maintain queries and reports in time/scheduling system
    • Validate data imported into time and attendance system from other sources
    • Participate in projects related to time reporting, including requirements gathering and testing of new features or system changes
    • Troubleshoot issues with time/scheduling system and determine root cause and issue resolution
    • Maintain process and training documentation, including detailed descriptions of system setup and data dependencies, to match current system functionality
