However, given the global and local complexities, it is critical that as an IT organization we are highly strategic regarding our decisions and evaluate complex and divergent data points to ensure we optimize our actions and course correct when necessary. The need to think strategically and optimize on the divergent opportunities is critical for both developing / emerging markets, but also in developed markets such as North America. This role will play a critical part in defining the IT strategy in our global organization. Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities: Work with CTO Leadership team to outline the vision of how the CTO Organization will build value to reach PepsiCos Digital Transformation ambition including the addition of digital product portfolio with GBS and PepsiCo S&T Partner with CTO Leadership team to define CTO Multi-Strategy and integrate with broader IT Strategy & PEP Digital Transformation Ambitions this include H1, H2 and H3. Work with senior leadership to prioritize investment ideas that align best with PepsiCo priorities while leveraging our technology partners capabilities & expertise Provide detailed tracking & value realization for programs, defining and implementing actions to optimize ROI Orchestrate and facilitate monthly Portfolio Reviews with CTO Leadership Stay up to date with CPG and technology trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means Manage both up and down the personnel hierarchy Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful consumer insights, integrating relevant business knowledge as well as learnings from other projects/sources Deliver timely, zero-defect execution of analysis, with minimal support. Leverage Excel and other quantitative tools for the analytical heavy lifting Clearly communicate the implications of the analysis to senior leadership Build convincing, persuasive, and logical storyboards Leverage PowerPoint to create impactful, concise, and defect-free slide loops Acting liaison between CTO and S&T for portfolio management governance/guidelines adherence COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree required, with a concentration in either Business or Engineering (combination preferred) 5 years of work experience, or 2-3 years of relevant experience either in CPG strategy teams or with a Top-Tier consulting firm Credible PMO leader with proven track record for implementing and scaling frameworks, concepts, methods, tools, and processes across both sectors and functions Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and deliver clear strategy and action plans Ability to anticipate customer needs and ensure that they are reflected in robust improvement and simplification programs Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence senior and executive leadership Ability to work in cross-functional team environments and matrix organizations Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, people management experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to effectively and concisely communicate with both business and technical audiences Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
