Cooperate with planning and implementation lead to cooperate with the whole business team channel management, for business team strategy and landing execution

Cooperate with planning and implementation lead to formulate business team's annual strategic planning, effectively deal with industry policy Landing, new dealer account opening management, annual audit and other channel management work. Keep abreast of industry competition related to business channels, pay attention to industry development, regularly evaluate various strategies, make improvement plans, summarize replicable modes Marketing access policy analysis: cooperate with bidding team to delivery sales report; closely work with cross function team including BG/GMC/PGS to understand the market needs then provide support from commercial side to accelerate market access process. Conduct research towards newly published national/provincial tender & access policy, understand and analyze business needs, coordinate access strategy; collect & integrate corporal and industrial data, perform big data analysis, and write reports accordingly to assist LT decision making. Project management: according to corporation objective and business target, support new business model development: project setting, Sop writing, reimbursement calculating, distributor agreement management and project follow up and review. Optimize commercial team internal process to enhance commercial operation effectiveness. Cross function communication to be sure fully understand business requirements and delivery it. Global Communication: Communicate regularly with Global departments, study beneficial global experience to help China access strategy; cooperate & implement Global projects in China; host and organize Global sessions and workshops at tender & access perspective. Operation: budget control; recruit and training plan setting. HC management. Formulate and implement the team development plan; set and achieve the annual working objectivesIn charge of improving the work efficiency of the team members, as well as their training and cultivation.


+ Over 10 years of pharmaceutical industry working experience, and BA degree or above. Commercial operation experience is preferred.

+ Have knowledge of data analysis and insight.

+ Result orientation, communication skill and cooperation skill

+ Fluent in Excel, PPT, word

+ Have written, verbal skills in English
