The Partner Services Development Specialist role centers on Partner management, development, and account selling, leading all aspects of the Partners and their respective services sales deals in France.

What Youll Do

Your core responsibilities as a Partner Services Development Specialist can be divided into the following five areas:

  • Identifying new opportunities and account planning with partners
  • Partner Development and training of new partner programs, support partners with day to day issues
  • Developing and proposing solutions for customers and closing these opportunities, driving all aspects of deal transactions to conclusion in a quality, timely, and correct manner
  • Forming and maintaining relationships with internal & external partners
  • Internal Organizational Engagements Improving personal skills & abilities and maintaining the process via non-sales-related activities

You should dedicatedly allocate time to responsibilities of the highest priority. The ideal time allocation of these five functions should be:

  • Selling and Opportunity Identification and Management: 20% - Partner Development: 33% - Deal Transactions and Closure: 20% - Relationships: 20% - Internal Organizational Engagements: 7%
This allocation should be consistent over a period of time such as a quarter or a year but may vary week to week as needed.

Who You Are

Desired Skills:

  • Min 3-4 years of successful consultative sales experience.
  • Min 3-4 years of technology services background.
  • Good industry expertise.
  • Native French language skills and fluent English.
