**Purpose of the position:** Responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, managed care and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory. Provides the most current information pertaining to Pfizer products and their approved indications in a manner which will ensure the appropriate use of these products and achieve the business potential of the territory. Identify market trends and translate them into business opportunities.

**Responsibilities and tasks**

**Organizational leadership**

To develop skills to make value-based, outcome-driven decisions, To support a team climate for productivity and respect, Works in the field with all members of the District to counsel on improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful representative development, Model Pfizer Core Competences.

**Implementation**

Day to day responsibilities include promoting Pfizer's product line in a specific sales territory among key customers, Making at least 3 presentations per day, building business relations with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals and organizations, Open to feedback from customers and seek it on a regular basis, Participate actively in Brand Committees, Be accountable for revenue delivery and resource.

**Market/customer insights**

Leverage customer insights across field force team Identify country market business potential and manage resources to exploit opportunities: Targeting strategy reflects customer focus, Territory analysis of potential and comparative sales and territory development plans in place, Feedback from customers and staff.

**Collaboration/Relationships**

Develop constructive internal relationships with appropriate Pfizer departments to facilitate teamwork, Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and understanding of internal departments, key contacts, organizational structure and culture.

**Professional development**

Develop and execute individual development plan to enhance performance on the job, Create annual individual development plan (IDP) that identifies knowledge and skills gaps based on business and career goals, Achieve individual development plan.

**Knowledge, skills, background, abilities**

**Background for the position** - Higher education, Master degree in Medicine,

Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare Management or Economics / with specialty: Doctor /MD/, Healthcare Management or Finance.

**Knowledge, skills, abilities - preferred:**

2 to 5 years of sales experience (experience in the field of medicine, pharmaceuticals, healthcare management or finance is an advantage), Successful implementation of a business plan and programs/tools, Excellent verbal and written skills, Bilingualism (local language and English) is preferable, Customer Focus, Strategic Thinking, Impact and Influence, Networking, Planning and Prioritizing, Analytical Thinking, Managing Change, Project Management.
