Key Account Manager

**Role Summary:**

+ **Account Planning** : Development of strategic account plans; Develop, monitor and communicate detail action plan to deliver each objective

+ **Influence Negotiation** : Identifies clear objectives for each element of the negotiation; Develops a comprehensive strategic approach to the negotiation that anticipates customer variables

+ **Commercial Awareness** : Uses deep understanding of customer and Pfizer financial to make decisions; Identifies and proposes options to maximize net benefit over the medium to longer term

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will develop market insights and understand influencers on the market and Accounts/Customers. (S)He will identify, develop and pull through potential partnership opportunities between Pfizer and the Accounts/Customers.

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing Accounts, the overall commercial performance of an Account, and developing key C-Suite/Administrative relationships . The KAM is responsible for the development and implementation of Customer Plans for the assigned Accounts. The KAM is also responsible for working with state, regional or district business leaders and cross-functional Pfizer specialists to ensure appropriate level of support for an Account. Additional responsibilities include segmenting and prioritizing Accounts as well as identifying key Customers within the Accounts. The KAM will work with other Pfizer stakeholders in the identification and development of additional revenue opportunities as well as the identification of competitor and market activities.

Key Accounts can include, but are not limited to Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Integrated Delivery Systems (IDSs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Medical Groups (MGs), Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Long-Term Care (LTC), professional societies, HCP organizations, and quality improvement organizations.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree is required.

+ Have 5+ years' of experience working in Account Executive.

+ Understand the Business-to-Business sales model and be able to develop one.

+ Good communication skills and stakeholder management.

+ Result-oriented, ambitious, and eager to work with targets set by the company.

+ Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's in science (Pharmacy), Commerce (Business), Management, or in a related field preferred.

+ Have experience handling Account team.

+ Have experience in managing Account Hospital (Jabodetabek and other region).
