Key Account Manager

Represent Oncology portfolio to Hospitals, Medical Oncologists and Hematologists. Lead the new product launch preparations in field. Conduct physicians meetings for portfolio. Gathering competitive field insights. Manage key customers in the hospital, for tender business.

Main responsibilities:

**Area Management**

+ Achieve sales goals and related business results

+ Function as the primary driver for sales function with the customers

+ Lead implementation of sales and contribute to marketing strategies

+ Ensuring Pfizer continually delivers a positive experience by understanding and acting on the drivers of the customer experience within each account

+ Supporting the entire Oncology portfolio and collaborating internally across functional areas as it relates to the Oncology business including sales, marketing, medical, finance, access.

+ Developing, executing, and adopting integrated account plans based on customer insight through shared efforts across oncology key functions

+ Conducting market business analysis with SR CSM to find opportunities and prioritize activities for the oncology business

+ Ensuring full availability of oncology drugs portfolio provided by Pfizer to hospitals, pharmacies

+ Managing customers according to DTH guidelines

+ Managing and taking responsibility for the entire oncology drugs portfolio provided

+ Cooperation with the Customer Service & Supply team in order to properly manage the drugs stocks

+ Monitoring the activities of the competition in the operation area

+ Performing the job in accordance with applicable local laws and regulatory requirements of Pfizer's (FCPA/MAPP, GPHIP)

+ Managing promotional and strategic oncology projects

+ Constant broadening of knowledge within therapeutic area in which there are drugs promoted by KAS

+ Analytical tasks relating to the sales

+ Monitoring a conference according to the needs

+ Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

**Administrative Procedures**

+ Taking care of entrusted equipment and promotional materials in accordance with the applicable procedures

+ Providing any documents to the company in a timely manner

+ Implementing promotional expenses only after having obtained the prior approval from the supervisor

+ Settling business expenses (Concur) and submitting monthly reports on implementation of the DME budget in a timely manner

+ Timely reporting any information regarding tenders, DTH sales and all given projects in the operational area

**Knowledge and professional skills**

+ High level of knowledge of promoted products and competition

+ Continuous self-improvement and active participation in trainings organised by the employer

+ Verifying knowledge by means of tests and other review methods of technical knowledge

+ Having current information on the Pfizer company


+ University degree

+ At least 5 years of experience on sales

+ Oncology expertise preferred

+ Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

+ Experience in tender processes will be an asset

+ Ability to build long-term relationships with customers

+ Well-mannered

+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Very good organisation of working time

+ English is a must

+ Very good computer skills (MS Office)

+ Results oriented

+ Ability to work independently
