Working closely with the Global M&A team to support deal due-diligence. Oversight responsibility for executing the transition of employees into and out of AT&T according to construct of each deal.
Representing IHR on the global project team and partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring AT&Ts interests and preferences for employee transition are both articulated and considered as part of broader plan.
Identifying risks/issues which may impact or delay the transition of an
employee /country/wave. Identifying relevant stakeholders and facilitating ad-hoc calls to quickly resolve issues.
Partnering closely with other HR teams to ensure policy adherence or policy change where needed. With HR Country Management on local design and execution. With Compensation and Benefits team to ensure job mapping and benefit comparisons are complete. With HR Business Partner teams in coordinating onboarding programs and managing detailed employee data files. With Legal to complete due diligence on deal or country specific considerations.
Ownership of all reporting, both to internal sponsors/stakeholders as well as reports to external sending/receiving organizations.
Provide regular status presentations to various audiences through a variety of channels (Townhall calls, Extended Leadership Calls, Individual Team Calls).
Working closely with HR Data Management team, taking ownership to ensure employee data is loaded to or removed from HR systems.
Providing strategic guidance for International on the overall health of the projects and the associated project timelines.
Position is approved for 1 year fixed term contract only.
Willingness to work at unsocial hours as necessary to
support INTL time zones
Ability to collate, interpret and summarize large volumes of complex
information from multiple sources
Ability to organize and prioritize volume workloads
Fluent in English excellent written and spoken
Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and PPT
Excellent communication skills and ability to present effectively to large
audiences
Experience in supporting M&A transfer process would be advantageous
Pragmatic in approach
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong negotiating skills
Experienced in leading multi country projects
Persuasive and resilient
A strong collaborator
Strong people management skills
Matrix management of virtual project team (all regions)
