**About the Role**

This role leads evaluation, measurement, and insights of consumer advertising as well as strategic brand insights across the AT&T consumer businesses: Postpaid Wireless, Prepaid Wireless, Internet, for AT&T and its competitors in each line of business. Partnering with Advertising and Marketing Leadership, this role delivers key insights on advertising campaigns across the media-mix, based on both pre-market and in-market creative evaluation. Additionally, this role delivers strategic brand insights from data collected from a robust, competitive brand tracker, as well as secondary research sources. Based on data collected and analyses performed, this role delivers strategic consulting to the advertising and marketing teams to help create memorable and impactful advertising and marketing.

**Principal Responsibilities:**

+ Leveraging insights derived from various research tools, deliver concise, actionable insights to key stakeholders

+ Advise stakeholders on key decisions using data insights collected

+ Deliver ongoing recommendations on campaigns in-flight when required

+ Leveraging insights derived from AAU and other secondary research, deliver concise, actionable insights to key stakeholders

+ Advise stakeholders on key decisions using data insights collected

+ Share emerging trends and areas of focus from data to stakeholders

+ Partner with key stakeholders to ensure ever-evolving business questions and KPIs are being addressed and measured in AAU Brand Tracker (AAU Advertising, Awareness, and Usage)

+ Analyze and distribute report

+ Manage vendor in survey execution and analysis

+ Analyze past performance for trends and best practices

+ Analyze and distribute report weekly to leadership and key stakeholders

+ Manage vendor partner to ensure business KPIs are aligned

+ Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate campaign KPIs (key learnings)

+ Analyze and distribute report on campaign performance

+ Manage vendor in survey execution and analysis


Direct research suppliers to develop research that clearly answers key business questions in a fast-paced environment. Issue RFPs, choose vendor, analyze data to identify market trends and make recommendations for the development of effective and efficient marketing communications across a range of channels.

+ Six+ years experience in an insights and analytics role working directly with marketing

+ Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

+ Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook

+ Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills

+ Collaborative working style, strong listening skills, with ability to incorporate multiple viewpoints into discussion and decision making

+ Client service orientation:

+ Ability to establish rapport, credibility and positive working relationship with all stakeholders including suppliers and internal clients at all organizational levels

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve stakeholder problems/issues/concerns

+ Works with colleagues and management to facilitate development of effective marketing communications across all channels.

+ Consults with internal stakeholders on the best and fastest way to answer the question at hand.

+ Manages a wide range of investigative studies to assess the organizations present and future messaging and creative on its likely success against target markets and cohorts.

+ Synthesizes and presents actionable research findings that clearly address the business objectives they were designed to answer.

+ Provides consultation across all lines of business and to all levels of marketing on the identification of opportunities to drive the business forward.

+ Partner with team members on analytic and executional excellence. Considered an expert within the discipline.
