**About the Role**


As a Lead Manager, you will be anticipating AT&Ts changing business needs and developing timely and viable analytical solutions to help drive the business forward. You will apply your experience, knowledge, curiosity and critical thinking to level-up the organizations analytical approach, measurement framework, reporting methodologies and insight capabilities at AT&T.


**Principal Responsibilities:**


+ Safeguard Data Integrity: Streamline maintaining multiple data sets with recurring QAs and guardrails to ensure data discrepancies/variances are clarified and cleansed in a timely manner

+ Deliver Analytical Solutions: Ranges from developing dashboards, building reports, conducting ad hoc analyses to leading day-to-day analytics discussions with cross-functional teams

+ Extract Impactful Insights: Transform chaotic data and conflicting statistics into actionable insights and optimizations to support data driven decisions

+ Strengthen Partnerships: Collaborate closely with AT&Ts media teams and dot com team, as well as the organizations agency Marketing Science team and other key stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications


+ MBA or M.S. for analytics, data science or related field

+ Data Visualization: Experience in developing scalable and impactful dashboards in Tableau, Datorama and/or Power BI (5+ years)

+ Storytelling: Skilled at crafting meaningful narratives that are easily digestible to stakeholders with varying levels of data & analytical fluency (5+ years)

+ Programming: Well versed in leveraging SQL, R, Python, etc. to streamline data extraction and automation (3+ years)


Minimum Qualifications


+ Bachelors degree in business, marketing, media or related field

+ Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media

+ Solid understanding of web analytics

+ Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and agency partners
