Lead Marketing Manager - Talent Marketing and Social Media

AT&T Global Talent Attraction is in hot pursuit of a marketing professional with social media management chops to match. The right person for this job has a keen eye for talent marketing and the technology savvy to help grow AT&Ts incredible #LifeAtATT based talent marketing social strategy. Youll engage with job seekers from brand awareness through career kick off via creative storytelling and innovative techniques for meeting people where they are. Engagement is the key how could you up the ante?

This role is part of a team made up of marketers, designers, social strategy builders and recruiters all working together to shape the future workforce of AT&T. We hire people from software developers to retail sales consultants, technicians to call center employees, top sellers to scientists, all working towards our common goal to create connection. Some of the primary duties and responsibilities include:

+ Recruitment Marketing copywriting (website copy, job descriptions, ad campaigns, candidate communications, PR content, leadership messaging, strategy decks), brand awareness and enhancement. You take a holistic approach understanding the tone and the goals so you bring together a cohesive experience for candidates and knowledge seekers

+ Digital conversationalist social media strategy including writing posts, blogs, responding to customers and candidates, creating content, and knowing when to go witty and when less is more. Tailoring the experience to your audience is second nature to you whether it be the copy, graphics, images, or video you know the smart way to engage

+ Amplify recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy to attract high-quality applicants across professional and high-volume opportunities

+ Track and measure campaign results to inform future investments, benchmark against other high performing brands and share results across the business

+ Communicate regularly with HR and business leadership on current and future initiatives

+ Work closely with recruiters on current and upcoming hiring needs to future-plan our recruitment marketing strategies at that key intersection of marketing and social strategy

+ Focus on continual enhancement of the candidate experience and engagement through communication, marketing, technology, and relationship building with influencers in our space

+ Stay informed on technology, marketing, social and advertising trends across the industry

+ Work effectively with communication and corporate marketing colleagues to ensure effective presence of talent channels across the companys social ecosystem

If you are intrigued with what has been shared so far, below are the qualifications were seeking:

+ Previous work experience in Recruitment Marketing and Social Media Strategy (this is a perpetually changing environment, and we respect that what were looking for may come in a wide variety of experiences)

+ In-depth knowledge of Employer Brand Strategy in the global market

+ Strong writing skills quick, accurate, on-brand

+ Experience with key social channels LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok as a user and a manager

+ Outstanding organizational and time management skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

+ Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

+ Web development experience would be interesting, but not required
