WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Product Strategy and Go-To-Market:

  • Help define, manage, and execute individual product strategies with aligned, multi-year roadmaps. Partner with product leaders in and across ADP's portfolio of products, business stakeholders, and development teams at ADP
  • Has a view on the evolution of the product's market, trends affecting it and preemptively plans around it

Customer Obsession:

  • Obsess over customer problems & journey to create measurable value for our customers
  • Define requirements by leveraging usability studies, business and product usage data, external industry trends, and metrics to generate insights
  • Understand competitors and the market to help identify new partnerships or acquisition targets to broaden or enhance a product portfolio
  • Define the vision for the end-to-end customer experience journey, strive for simplicity

Outcome Ninja:

  • Measure product(s) effectiveness, identify trends, report outcomes, and drive priorities to improve
  • Understand business metrics and how to focus product initiatives to drive results
  • Clearly be able to articulate the vision, strategies, priorities, and desired outcomes to key partners across ADP

Product Leadership:

  • Lead a multi-function project team through rapid, data-driven iterations focused on customer and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Drive impact through all engagements with team members and extended team members and stakeholders
  • Effectively works with engineering team to build and deploy high quality features
  • Defines and prioritizes features for one product
  • Works on Agile teams to drive story creation and prioritization, sprint planning, release planning, and is core contributor in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a prioritized, vetted backlog of integrations and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Next-Gen Global Payroll Development platform for efficiency, scalability and re-use
  • Develop Tools and Services to be leveraged by internal users and other applications in the eco-system
  • Ensure product integration roadmap supports platform strategy
  • Partner with UX teams do test and iterate on the experience as the customers interact with it
  • Maintain and deliver on multiple product streams in parallel for priorities from both business and technology

 

Requirements

  • Ability to translate Business Ideas into product solution to features and user stories
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and UX
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to step outside the comfort zone to get the job done
  • Influential leader with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a large business setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5+ years of Product management experience, Certified product owner is a plus
  • 2+ years of agile development experience
  • Technical awareness of APIs and platform services
  • Tools / IDE development experience with UI/UX
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, content management
