AT&T Broadband is rapidly advancing its product portfolio, with its crown jewel AT&T Fiber as the cornerstone growth product for AT&T overall. As such, the Broadband Marketing organization is expanding and seeking top talent to deliver growth in existing and new data providers and tools.


**Role Description:**


This Lead Manager on the newly formed team Data and Audience Strategy is responsible for collaboration and review of data sources supporting the fiber marketing and analytics team. The ideal candidate loves to work with data and find paths to transform it into information. Candidate should be technology-savvy and have extensive experience in marketing, digital media performance and product. Deliverables include managing the fiber data roadmap. The roadmap will inventory data leveraged, identity any data gaps, and provide recommended data solutions and timelines. As a SME in data, this role will also require continual review of 1 st , 2 nd, and 3 rd party data sources to determine complimentary value that will be integrated into the fiber data roadmap.


Lead Manager of Data Strategy is a multidisciplinary strategic workshop leader tasked with evolving our data driven approach. The role is essential in guiding several critical strategic programs that will enable more efficient data-driven marketing solutions for both acquisition and existing customers. A data expert with a keen understanding of our internal customer needs and finding innovative way to scale impact and generate incremental growth. Curious, smart and simple is your moto.

You are a cross-functional guru and favored by the toughest clients due to your ability to balance having a strong backbone and earning trust. You leverage data to drive conversations and affect stakeholders, mitigate risks before they emerge and is a go-to when a yet another leadership firedrill rolls in. You thrive on driving clarity, cohesion, and consistency by developing new systems, processes and thinking to effectively align the Broadband Product, Marketing and Sales organization internally and across key stakeholders including GMO.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Establish and maintain the Fiber Data Roadmap.

+ Partner with the Marketing and Analytics internal teams, as well as their extended partners, to review, data, tools, and their data wish list.

+ Manage and maintain a priority list of data needs and potential solutions.

+ Enhance data driven goals by connecting various data sets and sources including 1st party and other 3rd party data sources.

+ Review, develop and socialize data recommendations. Develop data view that provides the holistic value add and timelines.

+ Oversee and develop data specifications and provide guidance to onboarding internal data from our Chief Data Organization (CDO).

+ Meet regularly with various data providers find data fixes to current gaps. Communicate industry best practices and how they apply to Fiber.

+ Organize and lead external Agencies reviews focused on their data tech stack and growth opportunities.

+ Oversee the development of the audience dashboard and monitor fiber, and other key product, opportunity index.

+ Identity innovative ways of using data to meet AT&T Fiber goals

+ Highly motivated and strong self-starter

+ 5-7+ years of marketing and/or product experience

+ Strong written communicator: everyone looks forward to your emails

+ Proficient presenter: youre great in the room

+ PowerPoint storyteller: articulate clever strategy; say a lot but dont drown in details

+ Excel ninja: craft data-informed narratives

+ Superb efficiency and quality under tight deadlines set and meet tight deliverables for multiple simultaneous projects while assuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables

+ Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy


Desired Qualifications:


+ Bachelor's degree required, preferred in general business, marketing, or advertising

+ MBA preferred

+ Agency/client experience
